We collect personal data in the following situations:

Waitlist form submissions:

• Email address (required)
• Company name (optional)
• Note describing your interests (optional)

Automatically when you visit the Website:

• IP address
• Country (inferred from IP address by our hosting provider)
• Browser type and device information
• Pages visited and timestamps

Providing your email address is voluntary but necessary to join the waitlist. If you choose not to provide it, we will not be able to add you to the waitlist or notify you when Visbee becomes available. Providing your company name and note is entirely optional and has no effect on your ability to join the waitlist.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Waitlist management - to notify you when Visbee becomes available and communicate about our product. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide by checking the consent checkbox and submitting the waitlist form.
• Website operation - to ensure the Website functions correctly, is secure, and is available to visitors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in maintaining the security and availability of our Website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Analytics - to understand how visitors use the Website and improve it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving our services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not currently use any third-party analytics tools.
• Legal compliance - to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims that may arise in connection with the operation of the Website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the protection of our rights (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Waitlist data - until you ask us to delete it, or until 12 months after the product launches, whichever comes first. Waitlist submissions are stored in the Controller's email inbox.
• Server logs - up to 30 days, as determined by our hosting provider (Cloudflare).

If you withdraw your consent, we will delete your data within 30 days.

Your personal data may be shared with the following service providers who help us operate the Website. We have appropriate data processing agreements in place with each provider.

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) - website hosting and delivery. Cloudflare processes your IP address and country when you visit the Website.
• Resend, Inc. (USA) - email delivery. Used to send us notifications when you submit the waitlist form. Resend processes the data transiently for delivery purposes.
• Google LLC (USA) - email hosting (Google Workspace). Waitlist submissions are delivered to and stored in our inbox hosted on Google Workspace.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with any other entities except as required by law.

Some of our service providers are located in the United States:

• Cloudflare - participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Additionally protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
• Google - participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Additionally protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
• Resend - protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

All transfers include appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption of data in transit.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data and obtain a copy.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict processing of your data.
• Data portability - receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Our services are not directed at persons under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a person under 16, we will delete it promptly.
